Deanerys TargaryenDeanerys Targaryen is an exiled princess who, like most other characters in the series, is on a quest to reclaim the Iron Throne for herself. She became the Mother of Dragons, after finding three dragon eggs and hatching them in a fire, which she stepped into herself. Deanerys is many people’s favourite character, from those who have read all of George R. R. Martin’s books, to others who concentrate on other hobbies such as playing Partypoker or sports and have only seen the television series. She has overcome so many obstacles and remained strong in spirit, showing true promise and the potential to become a great leader in the future.

Game of Thrones S 02 Ep 01 Tyrion LannisterTyrion Lannister is another popular character within the Game of Thrones story. Nicknamed “The Imp”, what he lacks in stature his mind makes up for in cunning and wit. Many of the characters underestimate him due to his small size and he is able to use this to his advantage and better them through thinking and imagination.

Arya Stark´s New LookArya Stark is a tomboy, who prefers to learn fighting skills rather than sit and sew with her sister. After her father. Lord Eddard Stark, is sentenced to death by the Lannisters, she manages to escape disguised as a boy. Throughout her story, she proves that she has a bravery and determination that will carry her through many situations.

John Snow Jon Snow is the illegitimate son of Lord Eddard Stark and for this reason has never quite felt accepted within that family. He has chosen to serve in the Night’s Watch, to protect the kingdom from beings north of the Wall. He is a very skilled fighter, however he is honourable like his father and has an overwhelming sense of compassion. This holds him back at times, from carrying out the wishes of others who are in charge.
